Cookie mix

For these mixes we use different flours such as banana flour, whole grain rye flour, buckwheat flour, corn flour, almond flour, brown rice flour, flour It just depends on which flour we find the best fit for a mix. This one is often combined with oat flakes.

We have crushed the coarse ingredients so that smaller birds can also enjoy the mixes. Yet there may be a slightly coarser piece in there.

Still to add: 2 tablespoons coconut oil (I have them melted in advance in the microwave) an egg. And if it is too dry, add a little coconut oil or water. I did not need that.

This is for the 150 grams. For the 300 grams use double.

18 to 20 minutes in the middle of the preheated oven at 180 degrees.
